Interview (English)Interview (English): Alja: Who are you and what do you play? Anže: Anže, contrabass and lyra. Jure: The accordion, occasionally tambourine, Jure. Katja: Katja, triangle. Alja: How did you meet? Jure: When I was about 2 years old my mummy and daddy brought her from the hospital, you know my sister. Katja: Those two found each other on their high school. Anže: … Biology class, Tratnik, a very good professor by the way. Jure: Yeah Anže: He kept moving Jure away coz he would constantly chat with me… cretin =D Alja: How did Dandelion children came to be? Anže: We were all together the biggest fans of Guns and roses and we decided do make a Guns and roses tribute band than it all went to hell. Jure: Also Siddhartha. Katja: Actually at first we wanted to be a Bon Jovi cover band, than it went to hell. Alja: How are you different from other bands? Jure: (Whispering) We’re pretty… Anže: How are we different from other bands? Well… we’re not lame. Honestly… I mean sorry but this is not some kind of self glorification… Jure: Isn’t this…what… the 50th Švic mikrofona? Than you should know how we’re different from other bands. Alja: What are your wishes? Jure: We’d really like not to work… at all. Anže: Yeah Jure: Therefore (nodding)… making money with music would be an honest answer here. Alja: The origin of your name? Jure: Isn’t dandelion… I think a very successful weed. Alja: What about rucola? Jure: Is rucola a weed? Alja: Also. Jure: Does it grow everywhere? Even on a high way? Alja: On the sea side it grows everywhere. Anže: But you can blow at a dandelion and it flies pooo… Alja: So that’s what fascinated you? D.C.: Yeah. Jure: It’s poetry. Alja: What will we hear on today’s show? Jure: Well we have a new album and the thing is recorded…, for free on the internet. But yeah it’s not actually new in the sense that we got material for about 3 more albums and we don’t play that stuff anymore. So yeah… yeah, yeah, yeah… today there will be new songs.
